Heritage Pacific Financial, LLC. came across LetterLogic’s service about six months ago at a debt buyers conference and decided to start outsourcing our collection letters for a trial run. While pricing must always be a consideration, in our case it was not the only consideration. When we decided to move forward with your company back in early 2007, we felt comfortable that security, compliance, delivery, and product quality deserved equal consideration. I am very happy to report that LetterLogic has met and exceeded our expectation in all areas.
In the past we have utilized two other vendors to handle our collection letter needs. Both companies were very large and did a decent job, but it just wasn't a good fit. Often times we felt we were not large enough to warrant their assistance. While each offered letters with black ink on white or colored paper, we needed to make sure we were getting the best impact possible with each mailing. Your letters are very appealing and help distinguish us from others in our industry.

- Customer Service- We appreciate the courtesy calls you make when we inadvertently upload a bad file. We have been spared significant expense and embarrassment by your diligence to inquire about items in our inbound file that looks unusual.
Since 2008, we have added the work of two other departments for processing. We all continue to be pleased with the cost savings, quality of product, and quality of service that you offer. It is important to note that lettershop costs have remained steady over the years. As I have mentioned to you before, because of the high quality and level of service that you provide, I hope to have all our processing done by LetterLogic.
