Here’s how ViewLogic™ works:

LetterLogic will create a branded portal website for your company including your company’s logo and color palette, which provides secure document access for both internal customer service staff and customer or patients

LetterLogic will configure single or multiple roles and account log-on IDs for all privileged users (for any or all of your company’s entities). There is no limit to the number of customer service representatives who may access and use ViewLogic™ simultaneously.

LetterLogic will pre-load document data for the prior three calendar months so that users will be able to view statements most likely to be the subject of inquiries during the initial days of using ViewLogic, ensuring the ease of use and confidence among your users.

LetterLogic will store data for twelve (12) months at no extra charge, and provide website training for customer service respresentatives within your organization.
